New Project in Derry City Centre

Newtownstewart McKinney are delighted to announce the recent news that we have been appointed main contractors in the design and build of new housing in Derry city centre in collaboration with Clanmil Housing.

The construction of 19 no. new bespoke housing units on Waterloo Street in the heart of Derry is extremely exciting news. The responsibility of shaping the local community is one that wont be taken lightly by us and we look forward to exceeding all expectations.

Our team is getting ready to mobilise on-site, coordinating closely with local authorities, community stakeholders and design partners to ensure the programme runs smoothly. With a strong focus on safety, sustainability and quality, we aim to make this project a showcase for our evolving capabilities.
