Newtownstewart McKinney were contracted by Murphy Process Engineering to carry out all the reinforced concrete works, architectural block work and main processing building construction works at the new clean water drinking facility at Butlers, Dry End Road, Kent.
Along with the structural works, Newtownstewart McKinney completed the full masonry package to the treatment building and external structures. We are also carrying out the fit out including mechanical and electrical installation, configuring workspaces, installing new partitions, flooring, lighting, and IT infrastructure, and enhancing common areas such as meeting rooms, offices and welfare facilities within the Treatment Building.
