The project consisted of the refurbishment of existing facility for staff/operatives to provide storage and a circulation area for providing vehicular access to recycling skips, our brief was a full refurbishment of the existing building involving internal drainage, services infrastructure, upgrading mechanical & electrical, IT infrastructure, enhancing common areas such as meeting/teaching rooms and break rooms. In the warehouse, the fit-out addressed efficient space utilisation, adding storage systems like shelving and racking, including the installation of solar panels, air source heat pumps and all internal and external finishings.
