Newtownstewart Construction Ltd undertook the dismantling of a mock rail and platform and a rebuild     in a new location at TUCA Ilford. This scope of works had to be carefully planned out as it was an active    college facility with large numbers of persons present.

Whilst the rail and platform was being constructed, Procat requested a design and build for 20 no pods to accommodate the available space at the new site at Ilford. These pods consisted of a timber frame, a ply finish painted ivory and fully kitted with electrical components.

Second phase of works was then requested which consisted of a design and build of a stud frame wall comprising of 3 no aluminium frame windows to an open plan office with adjacent hallway. The wall was designed to increase privacy and eliminate noise from the hallway.
