The scope of work involves the fit-out of 30 apartments/duplexs for Steer Housing Association. The fit-out was designed to meet the requirements of comfortable, durable, and functional living spaces, providing tenants with essential amenities and ensuring compliance with local building regulations, fire safety standards, and social housing guidelines. The apartments were fitted out to promote energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance.

The 30 No. of Apartments broken into 24 two-bedroom units, 4 three-bedroom units and 2 Four-bedroom units. The scope outlined a comprehensive fit-out, All Flooring, Walls and Ceilings to local current Fire Standards, Doors and Windows, Lighting and Electrical, Kitchen Fit-Out, Bathroom Fit-Out, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Systems, Common Areas Fit-Out, External Works, Accessibility & Safety, Final Cleaning and Handover, Quality Control and Inspections and issue of O & M Manuals.
