The project consisted of the construction of new 10.000ft warehouse facility including loading bays and car park, a total refurbishment and extension to the offices and reception areas, our brief involved all foundations, groundworks, internal & external drainage, services infrastructure and all internal and external finishing works. The fit-out of the existing offices and a warehouse involved upgrading and refurbishing the interiors to meet current operational needs and modern standards. For the office areas, this includes reconfiguring workspaces, installing new partitions, updating flooring, lighting, and IT infrastructure, and enhancing common areas such as meeting rooms and break rooms. In the warehouse, the fit-out addressed efficient space utilisation, adding storage systems like shelving and racking, updating lighting, and ensuring proper ventilation and safety features like fire alarms and emergency exits. The project ensured both office and warehouse areas comply with health, safety, and building regulations, while improving functionality and efficiency.
