Starting from the ground up, Paul gained hands-on experience in various positions, developing a deep understanding of every aspect of the company’s operations. His commitment to growth and excellence saw him progress from Project Engineer to Project Manager, and eventually to his current role as Director of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ). Paul’s dedication to excellence and leadership abilities led to his current role as SHEQ Director within the company.
