Principal Contractor in this turnkey project, Construction of 40 number Turnkey Homes for private client to high specification with extensive cut & fill package, retaining structures, roads, services & Sewerage Treatment works. External shells were constructed for the client with the fit-out completed at a later date however the planting, fencing, path lighting, play areas, all lawns, mounding, paving and fencing were in our scope of works which was delivered before originally scheduled.
