The project consisted of the construction of a new Education center and cafeteria with outdoor seating area, our brief invloved all groundworks, foundations including pile caps and groundbeams with bolt settings, Laying of the re-enforced concrete finished floor, retaining structures , internal/external drainage with an attenuataion tank, services infrastructure with majour re- routing of existing services, all external finishing including block paving, granite clad steps and all street furniture.
